fairly cool tbh, i just feel like the mix because HEAVILY muddied at points... that could also just be my 3 AM brain failing to process this LOL

I wouldn't say this track is bad either lad, its definitely good at times.... and not so good other times, pretty decent overall but not anything crazy. Nonetheless, I definitely see potential in ya! You have the motivation and that's all ya need. Keep at it!
